More Comments at Google MapBusiness finished. It's now 7pm, in front of Kintetsu Yao Station. I'm hungry and want to eat something delicious. I was thinking about sushi when I discovered it! It's called "Sushidokoro Ebisu". Since I'm a food blogger, I looked up the store's name on the web before entering, but there was almost no information. However, this store appearance...I expected it to be good. A sushi restaurant with only a counter. I counted 7 seats. *There seems to be a tatami room in the back. It is run by a couple. There is a fish tank, and the material in the case looks fresh. There's no doubt about it. I have some money today, so I'll leave it to you. I only vaguely remember the dishes, so I'll just write about them without prices (^^; Soft-boiled octopus from Akashi, rockfish, herring roe, and black beans from Tamba Cheers beer alone lol The sashimi consists of bluefin tuna, senhotoji oysters, grilled cutlass fish, and shrimp. Conger eel tempura Savory egg custard Amberjack marinated in miso The sake omakase ``Spicy''. I received Kido from Wakayama. Lots of sushi. Shrimp, boiled clams, oysters from Senhotoji, squid, sea urchin, salmon roe...etc. Matsutake mushrooms steamed in a clay pot. Lots of matsutake mushrooms lol Here are my impressions of dinner at Sushidokoro Ebisu. Big hit. I try not to judge people by their appearance, but this time I was correct in judging them based on their appearance. It's a big hit, Sushidokoro Ebisu. As you can see in the Noren, this shop is famous for its Densuke conger eel. You can choose sauce and salt for your nigiri. It's rare, isn't it? Tempura is so delicious that it will take you to heaven. Densuke conger eel is said to be a large conger eel weighing over 300g, but it has many bones and is difficult to handle. When I ate it, it was meaty but soft and fatty. In fact, it was recently published in "Pia" (I didn't pay for it, but came from there), and it was featured along with boiled clams. Boiled clams are steamed clams from the Minamiboso Peninsula in Chiba Prefecture. “Simmered Clam Nigiri”… Shellfish lovers will definitely want another. Paired with a soup full of extracts...it's the best! ! I'm satisfied that the Densuke conger eel and boiled clams are the specialty, but my personal favorite is the miso-pickled amberjack. If you like rich fish, this is a must-see. One slice is enough for 4 cups of rice and 2 glasses of sake. I love it so much that I asked if they could sell it in packs because I want to eat it every day at home. Although he refused, I bought the ``Goya no Tsukudani'' to go with it because it was on sale (lol) ←90ml 500 yen Repeat. “Sushidokoro Ebisu” was a big hit! ! Not only the food, but also the service. A shop with an aspiration. As soon as you enter, it's an old-fashioned sushi restaurant that relies on regulars. That's what I thought, but they put up POP, send out email newsletters, and even accept PayPay. It seems like they are trying out a lot of new menu items. Fruit chuhai that started recently△ Frozen peaches are used instead of ice. Oichu is possible. Regarding the bill, since I received such luxurious materials, I thought I would be sure to pay by credit card (or PayPal)... Oh, is this okay? It's a reasonable price that would probably cost 1.5 times more in Osaka. According to the general manager, ``It seems expensive in the area, so I'm pretty strict lol,'' but the ingredients are probably different from the cheaper stores in the area... If you work in Osaka, are looking for a sushi restaurant with good value for money, have a discerning palate, or have business in Yao. Please come and try "Sushidokoro Ebisu". When I pay the bill, I think, ``Oh, is this okay?'' lol
It was delicious! It was a feast! I want to go again! Kabayaki conger eel is really delicious!
Conger eel eating comparison. I ate raw conger eel nigiri. It was excellent. The freshness was outstanding without habit.
