Good sushi!!

I went during lunch time. I thought it would be a long wait, but it was only about 40 minutes, which felt surprisingly quick. I ordered the Ita-san's choice of nigiri and the 15-piece nigiri set. Both were delicious, but I felt that the size of each nigiri was larger and the quality of the toppings was better in the chef's choice nigiri. The red soup stock contains fish bones and is hearty. The atmosphere of the shop is nice, and I would like to go there again when I'm in the area.
