This is definitely a hidden gem (from a tourist perspective). I had the best 寿司 of my life (so far) and during our visit there were no non-japanese customers around. Only japanese menu, but they have pictures so we were perfectly fine. Very friendly staff!

Seemingly family owned, popular with local office workers for lunch. Great value meals for just 1000-1200 yen with fresh and tasty fish.

Excellent experience! Although they opened 1hr later than advertised, they delivered on execution. We had the 8piece sushi lunch special and the sushi & udon lunch special. A couple items were substituted for in season fish and beef. The 8piece meal had the beef sushi that was out of this world. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us English speakers.
