A restaurant recommended by a friend who knows Kyobashi Yakitonya-san Everything from the sashimi to the self-grilled pork was delicious! I've never had grilled pork before. Maybe it's because it's fresh in the morning? There's no smell at all! It's lighter than beef and easy to eat, so you'll probably get hooked on it ☺️✨ I especially like throat cartilage, and its slightly crunchy texture goes well with alcohol! The liver was sold out that day, but next time I'll go a little earlier and get the liver recommended by a friend! ! It was great to have my favorite Kinmiya shochu as well!
