I went to Kishoya in Mizuma for lunch. You can eat on the second floor, but the stairs are steep so it might be a bit difficult for people with walking disabilities or elderly people. It was my first time going there. I chose the special seafood bowl that you often see on Instagram.The fish was fresh, clean, and shiny.The raw shrimp and squid were both plump and glossy, and it looked gorgeous and was very delicious.
