(Since there is no counter, it seems to be an unspoken rule to go outside peak hours when going alone.) At that time, sushi was the main dish, but I was able to have a fish dish that exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and volume. I had such an experience, so my expectations were quite high this time. Since it was a special course, is there always this course? I don't know, but I could feel the "umami" of Tesmo pufferfish. It's not just the taste of ponzu and the texture, which is common in fugu dishes, but the taste of pufferfish is proper, and if you eat it with the recommended fillet sake, the umami will be tripled! it's the best. Will the tech come soon after that? Just as I thought, the sashimi funamori, fugu deep-fried, and then Tecchiri began. He kept me in high spirits until the end. There is a fresh fish store on the first floor of the shop, and since it is linked with that, the freshness of the fish is of course not just fresh, but the recommended fish of the day is offered, so it is recommended for fish lovers. It is a shop that you should definitely visit.
