Osaka, Japan｜Minoshō

Minosho-san took me to dinner with a business partner in Osaka. It was also the first time for Minosho-san to eat near Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station. At first, I got a pot of clams as a side dish, but it was delicious from the beginning, so I had high expectations...! I asked for a lot of things, but the most surprising thing was "Hoya". I've read about it in the manga "Oishinbo", but this is my first time eating it. I was really surprised to be able to eat it in Osaka... As I wrote in the manga, I was told that if the sea squirts weren't fresh, they would taste bad. When the sea squirt that arrived at the table was brought to my mouth... As in the manga, the strong flavor of the sea spreads out and is very delicious. There was no fishy smell at all, and it was the first sense of flavor. Another more sea squirt water? There is also, and if you eat it with this on, it will be delicious again with a different feeling! I had a very good experience.
