A 7-minute walk from Kitakagaya Station on the Yotsubashi Line and an 11-minute walk from Sumiyoshi Taisha Station on the Nankai Main Line is the fish shop's creative dining. It feels like an izakaya in town that you can easily go to, whether you're alone or in a group. Two types of side dishes, sesame tofu and white fish with ponzu sauce, are high quality for only 330 yen. The 2,500 yen sashimi platter includes five types: sea bream, amberjack, bluefin tuna, Mongo squid, and Japanese salmon. The sea bream is sprinkled with gold leaf, the bluefin tuna melts in your mouth, and the fat on the Japanese salmon is irresistible. The tuna and avocado for 1,300 yen comes in a stylish transparent bowl. If you lift up what looks like a bowl around this yamakake, it will melt♪ It's refreshing to see this scene, which I've seen recently in sweets, done over a mountain. The butterflies come out from inside and the detailed workmanship is wonderful. And suddenly the Ise lobster salad appeared, 5,800 yen!!! A salad with a lot of spiny lobster meat comes out with only spiny lobster meat. Seasoned lightly to make the most of the plump spiny lobster. This is amazing because it has almost only the taste of spiny lobster and no smell. It is undoubtedly the best quality lobster I have ever eaten at an izakaya. The 2,000 yen grilled platter includes 5 types: hatahata nanban, grilled bamboo shoots, dried mullet radish, Otafuku beans and green peas blueberries, and white tilefish grilled with sea urchin. All of them are delicious, but the entanglement of the bamboo shoots with the bamboo shoots and the bamboo shoots is just like spring in your mouth. Otafuku beans and green peas blueberries are likened to frogs, and the atmosphere that makes you think of early summer is also good. For sake, the meat that matches the lakeside special junmai sake is Kamisaga Beef Misuji Tataki (1,780 yen). The umami that comes out of the meat is exactly the Tidal Wave. The umami of the fat is strong, but the sweetness of the fat is overwhelmingly superior to the fatness. It spreads in my mouth, but when I withdraw, only the flavor of the mellow fat recedes first, and the sweetness gradually recedes. And the lingering sweetness that stands out with the ponzu jelly on top is exquisite. Taro manju 770 yen has a scent of yuzu that stimulates your nasal passages from the moment you open the lid. Akashiyaki-style tempura with dashi-rolled omelet for 710 yen. A surprising dish of tempura made from dashi-rolled omelet and eaten with dashi. The dashi soup stock and the umami of the egg are also good, so it feels like Honma Akashiyaki. The general was a friendly and interesting person, and the customer service was good. Above all, I had no idea that the quality of food was so high. I am convinced that it was full by the time I returned. I thought it was a normal izakaya, but when I opened it, I was surprised that it was a high-spec izakaya.
