The conger eel was also plump, and the eel was wrapped in seaweed. We are particular about the condiments, and the homemade ponzu sauce and shichimi seasoning bring out the ingredients even more. I also made a reservation for the eel of the ox of the midsummer, and I was able to make an opportunity to meet the general again. It is a shop that I want to visit from now on

I was so moved when I ate the most delicious dashi rolled egg in my life. The authentic dashi rolls, which the chef has spent 20 years creating, are worth eating. It's a dirty story, but I drank all the dashi soup left on the plate of dashimaki omelet lol. The other dishes are also made by the chef who is particular about the ingredients, so they are all must-try 👍 The food was so delicious that I could only take a photo of the dashi rolled egg lol

I was surprised at how delicious it was!! ️ I was surprised at how cheap it was even at checkout! ️ The ingredients seem to be carefully selected and purchased by the owner himself, and all of them were amazing 🤤 Afterwards, I was able to enjoy the authentic taste of high-quality ingredients that are not often eaten, such as mullet roe, at a very reasonable price.
