Visit in the evening with a reservation. The store is narrow and the number of seats is small. The parking lot is across the road from the shop. Reservations are recommended. The soba noodles were thin and easy to eat, and the soba noodles had a strong taste and were delicious. The seafood rice bowl was voluminous and I was full. Next time I want to visit for lunch.

Soba Kusaka is a soba restaurant in Izumiotsu City, about 13 minutes walk from Izumi-Fuchu Station! It's a restaurant where you can enjoy seafood bowl and soba at the same time. It's not a chain store, it's a soba specialty store, and there aren't many places where you can also eat seafood bowl. When you enter the store, the first thing you notice is the interior design! The building looks like a renovated old folk house. The clay walls and wood grain create a relaxing time. You can also relax in a horigotatsu. When you order, the first thing that comes to mind is soba tea and soba rice crackers. Lately, I've been seeing a lot of places serving soba rice crackers. The soba rice crackers were very salty and crispy. I feel like drinking alcohol. ■Freshly caught seafood bowl and soba set ¥2,200- Seafood bowl at a soba restaurant... That's what I honestly thought, but no, I felt that this was a perfect seafood bowl! They use fish purchased that day, so the toppings are thick and fresh. It's been a long time since I've had such a lively and satisfying seafood bowl...and I never thought I'd be able to eat it at a soba restaurant. The deep color of the egg yolk also makes you think that they are using good quality eggs. They seem to be particular about how they store and grind their soba noodles. It was refreshing and smooth when I ate it. The scent is exquisite and just right. Also, this soba is made using freshly ground soba noodles that day. You can even see the soba grinding process from outside the shop. I thoroughly enjoyed the rich soba soup at the end! As I've said many times before, reservations are essential! You can do it from Hot Pepper, so there's no need to call (which I'm super grateful for). There are also 7 parking spaces located away from the store! It's located diagonally across from Bicycle Asahi, so if you don't know, check with the store staff.

Soba noodles that go down smoothly and fresh fish are the best. Every dish is very delicious. The atmosphere of the shop and the customer service are very comfortable and relaxing.
