Ikeda, Osaka, Japan｜Totoichi

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The food was tasty, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Quaint and quiet (relaxing) atmosphere. And thank you for adjusting the sashimi set for me. If I'm ever in that part of the world I hope to stop by and try some more bits of the menu. (Also, my japanese isn't great, and the staff was so friendly.)

The shop I visited for the first time. The daily special is a sea bream cooked or sashimi set. It seems that the sashimi set comes with kakiage, and I wanted to refrain from oil, so I chose the sashimi set. All five kinds of sashimi were delicious and extruded their umami. The red soup stock was sweeter than I expected, but the authentic Nagoya red miso was also sweet, so I thought it would be like this.

It's a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious and fun drinks, so I go there often 😊 Asari ramen is so delicious
