Osaka, Japan｜Sakura Nankainamba

I came here with my local friend. I’ve never had kushikatsu before because I had the impression that the meat inside would be hard and dry. But I was proven wrong! The beef skewer here has a batter that is light and crispy on the outside, with meat that is juicy and tasty inside! Other must-orders are the beef stew-like dish (see photo, sorry I can’t remember its name), and the benishoga (紅生姜, pickled red ginger) skewer!

Great food experience for the kushikatsu. During lunch in the week their is a 1000¥ special menu with 7 kushikatsu, miso soup and all you can rice. Really great deal.

They have some vegetarian options(fried dishes and rice)! Very delicious and worth to try!
