It was the best skewer restaurant I've ever been to. Two adults and one child entered the store after 5pm on Sunday. At this point, most of the seats were occupied, and as soon as we sat down, the place was full. Adults ordered the omakase course, and children ordered the children's course. As a result, I was very satisfied. The children's course costs 500 yen, which is unbelievable. We received 7 skewers, rice, drinks, and one skewer as a service from the chef. For the adult course, the freshly fried food continues to be served at just the right pace until you tell us to stop. When the skewers are served, they will explain how to eat them: with sauce, as is, with ponzu sauce. All of the skewers were carefully prepared and delicious. I was especially impressed with the shiitake mushrooms, so I added them at the end. After my first beer, I ordered a local sake. The way to order this local sake was very nice. The staff will ask you if you want it dry or sweet, and if you tell them you want it dry, they will give you two samples of the dry flavor and then you can choose the one you like. It's nice to be able to sample and choose. By the way, I chose the Masayama style. The taste, atmosphere, and service are all perfect, and I'd like to come back here again. Children can also enjoy making origami with disposable chopstick bags.
