More Comments at Google Map[A diary of drinking alone in the early 50s] Super light fried skewers that you can eat as many as you like ♡ The store is very clean and bright, and is comfortable even for a single woman. I'm extremely happy to have such a perfect and cheap skewered restaurant in my neighborhood. There are many customers who ``reserve a table and leave it to you'', but I came by myself today as well. The recommended shrimp and shiso are plump! You can eat asparagus all the way to the root and it’s delicious ♡ (There's a lot of mayo on it, so you have to scrape it off with chopsticks...If you don't like it, let me know.) Today's pick was the thick conger conger ♡ (plum meat) Also, a kiss with the salmon parent and child, bacon tomato and bacon cheese for the finishing touch✧ Beer is great! ! A magical kushikatsu restaurant that won't make you feel hungry even if your stomach is full. The seats are full, so it's time to move on. . . It was a happy time (*ˊᵕˋ*)ノ"
Ebisutei is a kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) specialty store on the Yamato Takada Line near Fujiidera Station. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the store. I knew that there was a kushikatsu restaurant here for a long time, but it was difficult to enter, so I mustered up the courage to visit for the first time. The interior of the restaurant is bright, clean and elegant, with long counter seats and two table seats. There are two ways to order, one is to write your order on a piece of paper and the other is the Omakase Course. The omakase course will keep serving you until you say stop, so it's recommended for those who don't like ordering. It's an elegant restaurant, so I think it's possible to have a meal date with the omakase course. Kushikatsu comes with 3 types of ponzu sauce, sauce, and matcha salt. Everything was delicious, but my recommendation is asparagus lotus root beef sand dust octopus legs All of them have an elegant taste and strangely do not make you feel heavy. It was the best dinner to eat plum chazuke at the end. Although it is an elegant shop, the price is not so expensive. I didn't drink alcohol, but I ate a full cup of oolong tea and it was about 3000 yen per person. The master and his wife are also friendly people, and it's a very good shop. You can also use PayPay. I should have found out earlier that Fujiidera had such delicious kushikatsu... Thank you for the delicious kushikatsu feast😋
It was not oily at all and was crispy and very delicious (*^^*) I especially like asparagus and cheese! Of course, the others were delicious as well (*^^*)
