Our favourite meal during our two weeks in Japan after a bartender recommended this place to us. The chef spoke very little English but was incredibly welcoming. Every piece we ordered was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Can’t recommend this wonderful husband-and-wife-run venue highly enough.

Amazing Japenese experience. The chef is very interactive and was accommodating to my wife and I as (poor Japenese speaking) foreigners. You have to be lucky to snag a seat as the benches and seats fill up quickly. The food is Japenese battered goodness ranging from seafood, meat, mushrooms to vegetables. I recommend the fried avocado!, camembert cheese! Or the strawberry one! Definitely my favorite dinning experience in Japan!

We had an incredible experience! The chef was very patient and supportive of our limited Japanese language skills. It was very fun to see the chef cooking all the food behind the counter, he is very skilled. I highly recommend the doteyaki (Osaka specialty), the onion skewer(a better version of an onion ring), and for the adventurous eater, the tamago natto skewer. (I'll be remembering that one for years to come.) We also ordered the yuzu chu-hai and it was extremely refreshing. The patrons were all in good spirits, and very fun to talk to. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend this place! Thanks from Canada!
