It's a popular restaurant, so reservations are required. This restaurant caters to an older demographic than the surrounding restaurants, so you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere. I would like the Tsuboten course (15 bottles, one drink, and dessert) each time. They fry one after another at a good pace. The contents vary depending on the occasion, but personally, I find the kelp with roe, mentaiko fillets, pumpkin cream, stuffed eggplant, shrimp with shiso, and banana! to be particularly delicious.
