More Comments at Google MapI always stop by. This is a kushiage restaurant of such a high standard that you wonder why they don't advertise it. Having grown up in Tokyo, I only knew about other major kushiage restaurants, but when I came to this restaurant, I first learned the depth of Osaka's kushiage culture. The general is a quiet but nice person, and the staff's service is excellent. Prices are also reasonable. First of all, we recommend that you order according to the chef's orders. For those who live near Koraibashi and have trouble eating out on Sunday nights, this restaurant is also open on Sunday nights. Or for people outside the Kansai area, this is the place to go if you want to learn about the true nature of Kushiage.
A system in which the skewers are fried in order, and when you feel full, you stop and the price is determined by the number of skewers. The side menu included simmered summer vegetables, kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers), the classic cabbage-based salad, yam somen noodles, and an ice monaka dessert. All skewers are exquisite.
The taste, atmosphere and customer service were excellent.
