The best Kushikatsu restaurant in Osaka. The price might be more expensive compared to other Kushikatsu restaurants, but the foodstuffs are high quality, and the Kushikatsu itself is not oily.

Serves very sophisticated "kushi-katsu". The best so far in my life.

I was lucky to be able to make a reservation at a restaurant that I had been interested in for some time. I ordered a set of 15 skewers, and they were all elaborate, and although there was a plate of seasonings, the staff was able to accurately recommend this one as is, and this one with mustard sauce. So it was delicious. The tea soba at the end had a nice texture as it was freshly boiled. After paying the bill, the store manager said goodbye. I could feel the care in the way they wiped off the oil on their hands before serving the skewers to prevent them from getting dirty. Next time, I'd like to leave it to you for 20 pieces (lol)
