In my personal opinion, this place is highly rated for the speed of delivery, taste, and price of the food. I'm a regular here, and the customers are many from individuals to families and famous companies for drinking parties. I often see customers and the owner having friendly conversations, giving me the impression that this store has been loved by many regulars for a long time. Recommended dishes are stir-fried chive liver, gyoza, and beer set.

This is a Chinese restaurant run by a friendly old Chinese man (Laopan = Master) who has lived in Japan for 10 years. There are some menu items that you rarely see in Japanese Chinese restaurants, and they are all delicious. The seasoning seems to be a little tailored to Japanese people.
