Machi Chuka is located along the road from Nagata Station on the Subway Chuo Line towards Takaida and towards Tokuan Station, which intersects along the way. Although the restaurant is quite old, you can enjoy delicious food. The base soup is strong, so both the bean paste for Tenshin rice and the soup for ramen are delicious. There is a coin parking lot nearby.

Saturday afternoon, I washed my car for the first time in a long time and headed out of Higashiosaka towards Takaida. On this day, I went to Ryutan, a Chinese restaurant that I had been BMing for some time. I arrived at the front of the store on the navigation street after 11:30, but it was shuttered without a curtain. Since there were so many comments on weekdays, is Saturday a day off? (Mystery) I regained my composure and googled the shop, “Kurayama”. I was immediately intrigued by the advance information about the cool exterior. I parked my car at a nearby coin park and went inside the store. I felt numb. This is China, an endangered species. There were two previous customers in the store with only a counter. I ordered Jitori Champon near the entrance. I had a chance to see the owner of the kitchen, Nabefuri Toku. Bean sprouts, green peppers, carrots, green onions, pork, etc. are skillfully stir-fried and the piping hot soup is added. Pour it over the curly noodles that are already on standby after draining the hot water in a bowl and it's done. My father's skill was evident. It's not based on plain hot water like Nagasaki, but it's based on soy sauce, which is completely different. The flavor of the well-fried vegetables and meat transferred to the soup, which was piping hot and delicious. What's more, it was more filling than I expected, so much so that I stopped planning to eat multiple meals. While I was eating, two more customers followed me, making me realize that this is a locally owned restaurant. Although it wasn't available at the store I had originally planned, I definitely managed to win. Added to favorites immediately. Thank you for the meal.

The people posting here, I have been a fan since the store opened over 50 years ago. First of all, people don't call it Raizan, they call it Kuruyama!! ️ Next, take the raw gyoza home, bake it at home, and eat it with tonkatsu sauce! ️This is the perfect way to eat it. Lastly, the char siu bowl is exquisite. After all, the chashu is a dish cooked at home. I used to live next door to Sagishima Mansion, so I often had char siu with him! ️I wonder if this year will be 70, 7, or 8. Please do your best just a little bit! ️
