There are not many Chinese-style restaurants in Osaka. The chef won an award in China and opened his own restaurant. The Shinsaibashi area basically has heavy flavors, with chili peppers. I recommend this restaurant.

The oil and chicken sauce is surprisingly light and goes well with the crispy chicken batter. The filling of the seafood charred rice is light and packed with the flavor of seafood. Stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts has a slightly spicy sauce and is also delicious. As usual, the mapo ae noodles were spicy but addictive and delicious, and I devoured them in no time.
