This is the most underrated restaurant in Osaka. Do not let the garbage and debris in the front deter you, step inside, and you will find wonderful delights that amaze you. Although the vintage sign says Taipei Food, it is actually food from the Northeast area of Zhong Quo. You know it’s good when almost half the customers are speaking Chinese. I asked a local, and they said that this restaurant is famous in the Chinese community. The hot dishes come out extra hot, the cold dishes are also lovely. But, the staff is extremely busy with customers and online orders so they really don’t have time to take care of you. You need to make an effort if you want to ask something or order anything extra. I do not recommend the shumai, but everything else was exceptional.

This is the best, most authentic Chinese restaurant in Osaka. They have separate menus for Japanese-style "Osho" Chinese food and Chinese Chinese food. REAL Chinese service. It's refreshing. By the way, it's usually half full of Chinese people. Picture menu for easy ordering. The owners also run an all-you-can-eat 火鍋 (Huǒguō) hotpot place right off the Juso bridge that is awesome and not on Google Maps. Cheap and delicious. Eat there too.
