A Chinese restaurant that has been around for a long time near the Higashitenma intersection. Their signature menu items include Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon. This time I had Sara Udon. It had a light flavor with plenty of ingredients and was very delicious. There were mustard, sauce, and vinegar for different tastes on the table, and I was able to enjoy different flavors over and over again. I am very satisfied with both the quality and quantity.
