🔸Shinkawa Nishiya Tabelog 3.57🔸 This time I came to Shinkawa Nishiya, which I used to frequent 10 years ago. 10 years ago, I didn't even think about being a foodie. I chose it again to inspect a thriving store. Just like 10 years ago, there are front and back entrances, and you can feel the excitement of having to bend down to enter the back entrance. The interior of the restaurant has the atmosphere of a renovated old folk house. I felt a sense of learning from the past. The large pillars in particular make it feel small, but I was able to enjoy my meal in peace without feeling oppressed. We have created a space where you won't feel that there are 15 seats at the counter, 24 seats at the table, and a total of 39 seats. Are the large pillars in various places inside the store creating this illusion? I also felt that the layout of the store was excellent. It's creative. Number one is the accounting system. The system is the same as it was 10 years ago, where you charge money into a container in advance and the clerk turns the cash on. I thought it was extremely difficult, but I also felt that it was a specialty. I didn't find the menu appealing. Hard to read and hard to see. The exterior is interesting, but it would look even better if the surroundings were cleaned up. As for the drinks, there wasn't much to offer. Evolution Nishiya's biggest selling point is Pairing of sake and fresh fish. There are about 30 types of sake. When it comes to fresh fish, they not only have consistent performance, but you can also feel their commitment to ceramics. All of the pottery items seem to be expensive, and the pottery pieces, such as the 7 types of sashimi, are all served chilled. This small shop is even equipped with a stocker to cool the pottery. I could feel their commitment to sake and fresh fish. Menu that changes daily. Cash On allows you to decide how much money you want to spend. Delicacies such as fish innards and liver. The menu structure is perfect for non-lovers.
Reservation required ☻ Since accounting is at a table at a time when the number of participants is limited, it will be easier if you prepare 1000 yen bills in advance of about 10,000 yen. The fish-based dishes are as per other people's reviews◎ Cigarettes🚬OK
