This is a high brand store of the Ouest Group, which operates in Esaka and Higashi Mikuni. The interior of the store is clean and has a high-quality Japanese atmosphere that is extremely comfortable. Before the renewal, they only offered courses and could only add individual items, but after the renewal, it is now possible to order individual items. All of the tempura dishes cost around 300 to 600 yen, which is much more reasonable than I had imagined before entering the store, and it seems like you can come here easily. Order 2 appetizers, cutlassfish, kamasu, sea urchin, mushrooms, ginkgo, green onion, etc... The most impressive and dramatically delicious dish was the cutlassfish, which was incredibly fluffy and the most delicious I've ever eaten. Tempura is sometimes steamed inside, which makes the meat more fluffy than grilled, and tempura is the best for cutlassfish. I also had things that I don't usually eat in tempura, such as ginkgo nuts and mushrooms (huge!), and they were all delicious. The mushroom is quite huge and drips with extract... They taught me how to eat and recommended drinks to go with the dishes, so I even tried some wine that I don't usually drink (^_^;) The Negitoro was cut from a large chunk and pounded right in front of you, so I personally recommend eating at the counter where you can enjoy the cooking process. There are surprisingly few shops of this class in Esaka, so I'm very grateful for this shop. The customer service is good and the food is served carefully. You can feel free to come here alone, and it's also a great place to go on a date. We also have private rooms, so the atmosphere and quality are perfect for gatherings and entertaining. It was a restaurant with a very calm atmosphere, located a few minutes from Esaka Station. It's small with a counter and tables. The plates came out in a variety of colors to match the dishes, enhancing the deliciousness. I felt very attentive to the dishes, such as placing them in the direction that suited my dominant hand. I was very satisfied with the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant, but above all, the customer service was pleasant and the training was thorough, and I felt like all of the wonderful people had come together to make this happen naturally. Freshly fried tempura is provided with explanations through a small window, and you can enjoy it while it's hot. It was a beautiful small room, and all the friends I took were satisfied. I always choose the most reasonable course, and I repeat the delicious tempura, and add what I want to eat from the menu. Seasonal ingredients procured from all over the country are deep-fried with only the crispness and umami condensed into them, so you won't get tired even if you eat a few. On this day, I was surprised that the prawns and white fish were delicious, as well as the round eggplants and silk sweets. The course starts with hassun and then sashimi. It is also good that you can relax and build up your expectations for tempura. The sashimi was especially delicious with the sea bream. They also have a wide variety of sake. Especially Japanese sake and wine can be selected.
