Osaka, Japan｜Tempura Tarojiro

Had a good meal here for dinner. They have English menu and the staff speak basic English so no issue with ordering what you want. They chef flash fries your order in front of you and serve you with hot tempura 🍤 Price is fairly reasonable, pretty much same price as the cold ones you get from fresh food sections in department store but only fresher and a lot tastier! The prawns are big and juicy, same for the octopus. The vegetable tempura were amazing, I really loved the yam I ordered, so juicy and crunchy. They have a mixture of local regulars and tourists frequent their shop, seats will get full pretty soon after they open.

Nice small place in the center of Osaka, amazing tempura for a very very good price, nice ambience in the restaurant with a cozy traditional vibe and really nice people working here, the chef is a friendly old man. Would definitely come back again!

Fresh and delicious Ebi tempura. Order the big prawns and don’t miss trying their wagyu tempura too. Great service and staff are pleasant.
