I made a reservation and visited for dinner for the first time in about 2 years🍽 It's been a long time since I've had a hotpot with soft-shelled turtle 🍲 Let's toast with a draft beer 🍻 ❗️ The appetizer (tataki bonito) was brought to me and it was really delicious 🤤 I asked for some of the soft-shelled turtle's life blood with juice, and I gulped down the life blood at once and was satisfied with no smell at all 🤔 When the freshly prepared soft-shelled turtle was delivered to me and I took a bite, it was just so delicious...It's a dish that will change the way you think about soft-shelled turtles. Eating the soft-shelled turtle hotpot was incredibly delicious, and when you eat it with the soft-shelled soft-shelled turtle porridge and dashimaki egg at the end, your cheeks will melt.The attentiveness of the master and staff was the best. The taste, the atmosphere of the restaurant, the master, and the staff have all given us outstanding reviews. I'll stop by again 👌 Thank you.

The soft-shelled turtles here are exquisite. The salad style sashimi is flavored with sesame oil and is delicious. In the pot, twitching soft-shelled turtle is served in a ginger-flavored soup stock. You can enjoy a jiggly soft-shelled turtle. Rice porridge is also great.

We thoroughly enjoyed the best soft-shelled turtle dish! The sashimi and tempura were completely free of fishy or muddy odors, and I enjoyed the rich flavor of the sashimi and tempura. It was wonderful, with a wide variety of other menus, and it was a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal whether you are alone, with colleagues, or with your family. The mackerel sushi for souvenirs was also very delicious! One of the attractions is that the smiles of the owner and the sisters who serve you are very nice!
