Today's lunch was at "Tempura Masaru" in Mikunigaoka, Sakai. My family and I went to Tempura Masaru, a tempura restaurant located a short walk northeast of Mikunigaoka Station on the Nankai Koya Line. From the set meal menu, my wife and I had the ``Plum Set Meal,'' and the children had the ``Kiri Set Meal.'' The plum set meal comes with tempura of conger eel, two types of kashiwa, and three types of vegetables, rice, miso soup, and sea bream dressed with yuzu. Kiri set meal is a set meal that includes tempura of 6 types of vegetables, rice, miso soup, and sea bream dressed with yuzu. Now, Tempura Masaru is a tempura specialty restaurant where you can enjoy freshly fried tempura prepared in a wok. The tempura here is fried light and crispy. You're using good oil. Kashiwaten is chicken breast, and it's really juicy and tender. The vegetable tempura is truly delicious and you can really taste the flavors of the ingredients. It's been a while since I had "Tempura Masaru". I really love the tempura here! Masaru's tempura was so delicious~~~~

Bamboo set meal 980 yen. Shrimp, kashiwa, pumpkin, red snapper, squid, and green pepper. You can eat it freshly fried and piping hot, and it's a great value. That can't happen at home. I would like to eat it slowly in the evening with beer. Added on 23/10/27 Bamboo set meal 1130 yen, price increase of 150 yen. The impact of high prices is significant. Today, I chose the shrimp tempura rice bowl for 880 yen + 50 yen. Is it only for lunch? It's classy and heavy. However, although it's delicious, the portion is so large that you can't believe it's a large serving of rice. How sparse is it if it's not a large portion? I thought. Honestly, I don't have any repeat orders. A dish that doesn't need to be on the menu. I usually recommend the tempura set meal.

This is a very nice restaurant with great food and service. It's a tempura restaurant, so of course the tempura is delicious, but the other dishes are also very delicious. It's hard to eat just tempura this year, but every dish at this restaurant, including the fish, is exquisite. The proprietress is very knowledgeable about Japanese sake, and we recommend that you choose a delicious sake while enjoying your tempura! ! On rare occasions, there is curry, and I would be happier if I could finish the meal with this.
