It feels clean and the windows are open to freshen the air to prevent coronavirus infection. Since it was getting cold, the air conditioner was turned on tight and the table seats had heaters under their feet. I would like to go again.

This tempura restaurant is located in Izumo-cho, Neyagawa City, Osaka Prefecture. This restaurant has been around for at least 15 years and is loved by locals who love tempura. When I heard the word kappo, I had an image that it looked like a high-end restaurant, and I pretended not to see it for many years without doing any research, but there was a great lunch menu (laughs). Now that I think about it, when I pass by at noon, there were quite a few comings and goings. If you come by car, there are 3 parking spaces in the monthly parking lot across the street. The restaurant looks like a Japanese restaurant and is run by a married couple. This time, I had a tempura bowl and my wife had a tempura set meal. The ingredients of the tempura bowl are 2 prawns, flounder, green chili, lotus root, chikuwa, pumpkin, and small vegetables kakiage. It's not white rice with sauce, but rice that's evenly mixed with flavor. Furthermore, Mr. Tenmasa's characteristic is that it is sprinkled with Japanese pepper. From the moment you take a bite, you will feel the hot, crispy texture and the spicy stimulation. For the set meal, Japanese pepper and salt were not used, and it was a style that was served with tempura sauce. All of the tempura that the owner provides with confidence is delicious, and the wives of the previous customers who have come many times have conversations that come here when they want to eat delicious tempura on a regular basis. I got it (^-^) After that, the tempura shop's tempura is free to take home, and it is piled up in a small bag next to the cash register. I didn't hesitate to get two of them and put them in udon noodles, but they were a different taste than the tenkasu at the supermarket.
