I found it on You Tube and listened to it for the first time. Beef miso sukiyaki 1,500 yen. Everything is the best! It was a mess. When sukiyaki with miso is boiled down, it tastes like doteyaki, and the rice goes well. There's plenty of marbled beef! The wheat gluten and tofu are also great. And the freshly cooked rice is insanely delicious. The grainy, sparkling rice and sukiyaki are so delicious. It was so good that I ordered a second helping of the middle-sized meal (lol) (refills are free). It is said that the rice will not be served to customers more than an hour after it is cooked. The inside of the store is clean, with only a counter, and the owner and the beautiful young lady are courteous and friendly. The shop is open until late at night and seems to be closed only on Wednesdays. Well, it's absolutely perfect, I'll be repeating it! Thank you for the meal😚

The staff at the restaurant were kind and of course the sukiyaki was delicious. I ordered miso and sukiyaki mix, and additional udon noodles. It had a lot of meat, and it was my first time having miso-flavored sukiyaki, and it was sweet and strong, similar to Dote-yaki, and went well with the rice and udon noodles.
