Chikusen is a small family run restaurant which is well known for its Seirosoba. The menu is quite simple and there is English menu with instruction on how to eat their signature dish. Please come and check it out if you have been longing for local soul food.

Chikusen is a soba restaurant that I have been visiting for almost 10 years. Among them, Kamo Namba Soba has a delicious soup stock and remains stable no matter how many times you eat it. Sometimes I look forward to ordering the shrimp tempura separately and eating it crispy.

Everything is delicious. The staff at the store always respond courteously. Sakai's Seiro Soba is a soft and warm type of soba. Shrimp tempura, duck nan, and yam are the best home runs!
