More Comments at Google MapI used it for a late lunch before visiting Hojitsu Shrine. I thought it was zaru soba, but I wanted to eat something warm, so I tried ``shizukumori,'' which I had never eaten before, without knowing the difference between seirosoba and shizumori. The soba soup will be served as soon as you finish eating. It was around 2:30pm on a weekday, so it was great to be able to talk to the owner about the soba after the other customers had left. They carefully explained the differences between each type of soba, and the soba was delicious, so next time I'm going to try the Japanese warbler soba that they recommended.
On the way back from visiting Emperor Hansei's Mausoleum and Hojitsu Shrine, I noticed a sign and decided to eat Juwari Uguisu Soba from Monzen Soba for lunch. Is it some kind of powder that reminds me of Japanese warbler mochi? That's what I thought, but it was completely different. The soba noodles without 100 percent tsunagi looked a little greenish, so I took it to be called uguisu soba. In short, the taste and flavor are irresistible for soba lovers. The grated daikon radish was a perfect match, and the soba soup mixed with the soba soup had a nice taste. Furthermore, I liked the service of serving soba-yu in a sake bottle style with the atmosphere of hot sake.
You can choose from 3 different blends. The local way of eating in Sakai City is to warm both the soba and the soup, and add the soup to the beaten egg. I enjoyed the thinly sliced soba. While eating, customers keep coming and it is a thriving restaurant.
