The texture of the noodles is great, and the saltiness of the つゆ is just right, with a slight aroma of spicy oil. The pork was not dry either. The black pepper on the scallion and pork rice is fragrant.

We're two Taiwanese. Dining at 6/21 19:00. Although, there is no English menu. The worker has lots of patient to explain the dishes and how to enjoy the meal. The 生卵 and とろろ combine with 蕎麦 become a perfect set. Eat with the 特製そば湯 is awesome. Very delicious. The most delicious 蕎麦 that I have ever ate.

Theres no English menu but the worker can speak english. Food tasted good and its not that expensive so 5/5
