Great soba. Highly recommended.

I ordered zaru soba, and it was served on a plate.The large portion was served in a square colander.It seemed a little strange, but when I started eating it, I was satisfied with the soup stock, which was delicious and not spicy...! I've been eating soba at many soba restaurants, but they all seemed a bit salty, but this one's taste is more suited to people from the Kansai region.Next time, I think I'll order the hot soup stock...I was looking forward to seeing what kind of soup it was before I left.
