More Comments at Google MapI was lucky to eat soba and chili oil in Higashiosaka. I went to the Higashi Osaka store. I've been curious about it for a while, and it's not a ramen restaurant, but a soba restaurant! The inside of the store is a stylish ramen shop with counter and table seats. Soba comes in thick and thin noodles, and this time I ordered the most popular, the thick noodles. Since the noodles are thick, it takes about 10 minutes to boil them after ordering. When it came out, there was a lot of meat on top of the soba noodles, as well as white onions and seaweed. Eat this by dipping it in a soup containing chili oil. To make it milder, add a raw egg inside. The thick noodles are mixed with the soup and the chili oil is an accent! Very nice soba noodles. As I was leaving, the staff said, ``We wish you all the best.'' Is this the name of the store? It was a shop where I learned a lot! Thank you for the meal!
I really like the dipping sauce with chili oil It was very delicious, the soba was also delicious. For those who want to compare the two types of noodles: thick and thin. There are also substitute noodles, so try them out (personally, I prefer thin noodles) Tenkasu and garlic are on the table You can also enjoy the change in taste. There are also rice dishes The dipping sauce has a bit of spiciness because it contains chili oil. It's not that strong of a stimulus, so I don't think it would be a problem for people who don't like spicy food...my juniors slurped vigorously without me realizing it (lol) This is a store I want to go to again ◎ This is a restaurant that suits my tastes. I'm glad I was interested and came to the store for the first time.
very delicious Even though it's called chili oil, it's not that spicy, so even people who don't like spicy food can enjoy it. The thick soba noodles have a good texture and a satisfying feeling. It's also delicious to add soba-yu at the end before drinking the soup. The pork is also tender and delicious.
