Wait 1 minute and the rice bowl will arrive. The slightly sweet aroma of the soup stock whets your appetite. When you slurp the soba noodles, you'll be amazed at how chewy and smooth the texture is. The kakiage is deep-fried to make the most of the sweetness of the onions, without being too crispy, and in harmony with the soup stock.
