More Comments at Google MapI believe it is closed on Sundays and public holidays, but I went to eat there during lunch time on Saturday the other day, and it seemed like a popular restaurant as there were many menu items and there were people waiting in line even though it was a Saturday! It was really delicious.
I've been hanging out with my co-workers from time to time for a few years now. What is Hokuriku soba? The Hiratai noodles have a chewy texture, and Sobaichi's soba noodles are long (^O^).You can slurp them up and enjoy them, but if you're not careful, you won't be able to finish them (^_^;), so today... I will have the soba ``On'' in a mini cutlet bowl. The soba noodles and cutlet bowls are consistently delicious. Even for someone like me who only chooses zaru soba for soba, the soup stock here is delicious. By the way, Sobaichi's mysterious point (^-^) The noodles in the soba set meal are udon💦I end up ordering the wrong thing(^_^;) Thank you for the meal♪
I had oyster soba😊 I wasn't sure if it would match, Both the soup stock and soba were delicious! The soba noodles are thinly sliced, unlike those at regular soba restaurants, and I felt it had a new texture. The staff had great customer service and I was able to enjoy a pleasant meal!
