Great atmosphere in an old house. It's hard to find because it's in a residential area. All the dishes were delicious. Yuba was impressed. There are many kinds of soba noodles.

The building, the garden, the atmosphere of the room, and the food were quite atmospheric, and the 100% soba noodles were delicious. It was a store that I would like to use on special occasions.

In an ordinary residential area, there is an old house that suddenly gives you the feeling of an ancient era. The atmosphere gives off the impression that it is a ``delicious restaurant.'' I happened to go there in the afternoon and was able to get in, but it seemed to be fully booked and the group that came after us seemed disappointed. I was really lucky! I compared Nihachi's hand-made soba and 100% machine-made soba, and I felt that I wanted the fragrant, chewy, and edgy soba at Nihachi, and 100% machine-made when I wanted the aroma and smooth texture. I felt like I could go there. You can also see the garden, and it's a really calm atmosphere, so it's nice to be in a different world from the hustle and bustle. Apparently they also have soba kaiseki and hot pot courses, so I thought I'd make a reservation there again.
