Great! A juuwari soba shop, meaning the noodles are 100% buckwheat rather than being cut with wheat flour to make them cheaper. The result is noodles with a noticeably denser consistency and a lovely texture. I ordered the nishin soba. The broth was tasty and the nishin was pretty good, but the real star was the noodles. Next time I will order something more noodle focused, perhaps zaru soba. I also tried the soba shochu sobayu-wari which was really great. Even at the end of summer, the hot shochu with the extra soba flavor was quite nice.
