Really good sobas !

You will be fascinated by how the corners of the thinly sliced (15% binding) cold soba stand. Cold soba is refreshing, and colander soba has a firm taste. Both are delicious. Be prepared for the serving time to be longer than expected.

Visited after a long time. It takes time to deliver, but I think it's worth it. It is a shop that you want to visit both during the day and at night.
