A short walk from Deto Station on the Tanimachi Subway Line. The store is very clean. I think Seiro soba is the most popular. It will be served and carried in a great vessel. It has a great impact. I eat it with dashi soup with a little warm feeling. The soup stock is quite thick, but it contains eggs, so you can eat it just right. Curry udon seems to be popular, too. The spicy and gentle soup mixes well and is delicious. Regular soba is simple but delicious.

It's so delicious 😋 At the end, I added soba hot water and green onions to the soup stock, and drank the soba hot water with beer. It was a quiet and happy time!

This is Seirosoba. it's the best! Chewy soba noodles with a thick soup. Crack a raw egg into the dipping sauce and enjoy the unique chewy soba noodles. Sprinkle with ground sesame seeds if you like. At the end, I got some soba-yu, and everything was amazing ✨ By the way, this quick rice is a must.
