I stopped by on my way home from taking photos in Kyoto. I had an insatiable urge to eat soba, so I was searching on the Keihan train on my way back to Osaka when I discovered this relatively popular restaurant. The nearest station is Korien Station on the Keihan Main Line. It was already past lunch time, and I was the only one when I arrived at the restaurant. I ordered the tempura set meal because a review on Google Maps said, ``The tempura is plentiful and enjoyable.'' It also comes with soba noodles. The restaurant is a restaurant with a nostalgic appearance that used to be there a long time ago. After ordering, I could hear the sound of tempura being prepared from the kitchen. I was hungry, so the sound of the oil splattered was worth it. And then we meet the tempura set meal! On top of the bowl was white rice, pickled vegetables, tempura sauce, and a huge amount of delicious-looking tempura as per the reviews. A large bowl of soba noodles was added here. What a wonderful sense of volume. It also has a good amount of tempura sauce, which goes perfectly with the freshly fried tempura. The soba noodles were also delicious and we enjoyed them slowly. I also had white rice, so I was pretty full. I don't want to eat too much carbohydrates, but since I have time, I figured I could adjust it with dinner, so I thoroughly enjoyed it. Restaurants along the Keihan line had not been developed at all. Well, I found a restaurant that makes me want to eat all I want! The price is also reasonable. I would like to order something else when I visit again. Thank you for the meal!

This soba restaurant is located about 5 minutes along the tracks from Korien Station on the Keihan Railway in the direction of Kyobashi. The inside of the store is quite spacious, with a counter behind the table seats. For lunch, I had a set of zaru soba and other rice bowls. I was surprised at how big the soba noodles were, and how quickly they came out. The soba noodles have a light taste and don't have much of an aroma, but they go well with the light dipping sauce and can be enjoyed smoothly. The rice bowl is not too sweet, but the balance with the soba is very high, making for a very satisfying meal that will leave you full. If you're nearby, I think it's a famous restaurant that you'll definitely want to visit.

I ordered the oyakodon set with curry udon and zaru soba. I always get a large serving of zaru soba noodles at other restaurants, so I did it this time as well, and was surprised by the amount! I managed to finish the entire meal, even though my stomach was full. The taste, quantity, and cost performance are great.
