I grew up in the Kansai region, where soba noodles are unfamiliar, and when I ate at this restaurant, for the first time in my life, I thought, “Soba is delicious!” It's a homemade flour, so it smells great. I think that the strong waist is suitable for Kansai people. Freshly fried tempura is also delicious.

If you're in Umeda, go here for soba. Lunch is a great value, and even if you change to a large portion or 100%, it will only cost you around 1,500 yen, which comes with crispy freshly fried tempura. Sobayu is melty. The soup is also delicious. The relaxing music, like that of the dentist, bothers me, but I'll get used to it. The spicy daikon radish is so spicy that it makes you cry. It looks delicious, so I'd like to try it.
