Absolutely charming! Work associates brought me here for my first taste of soba. Delicious! Customer service doesn't get any better.

This is a long-established soba restaurant located in the shopping district on the west side of Ishibashi-Hakadai-mae Station. The hand-made soba noodles have a pleasant texture. It's delicious.

Even though it is 13:30 in the entrance and the store where you can feel the history, it is almost full. I ordered a 1700 yen set of conger eel, shrimp and vegetable tempura and zaru soba, which was written at the entrance as a recommendation for today. The batter of the tempura is crispy, but the ingredients are plump and perfectly fried. Soba noodles are a little thin, slightly flat, elegant, but firm impression. Large cut seaweed was sprinkled on the soba, but it's better not to say it personally. The soup and soba-yu were delicious and satisfying. It was a feast.
