You can get 100 percent soba for 400 yen. My personal recommendation is the zaru soba with kakiage. It's a simple kakiage made with just onions and pumpkin, but it has a strong sweetness, so it goes well with soba noodles. The service from the store staff is good. Since the restaurant operates on a ticket system, you can purchase a ticket from the ticket machine on the right as soon as you enter. There is a counter and table. Each one has salt, ichimi, green onion, and tenkasu. The restrooms are thoroughly cleaned with washlets. It's only open on weekdays and seems to be managed by two people, so if you run out of soba, you'll have to make a new one, so it may take some time before it's served. The shop is located on the second floor of an apartment building. You can't see the store from along the road, but there's a banner in front of the store on the second floor, so just head up there. There is no elevator, so you will have to climb the stairs (21 steps). There is a bicycle parking lot for outpatients on the premises of the condominium, so if you come by bicycle or motorcycle, you can park there. We have started offering soba-yu. There is a pot near the entrance where food is served, and you can eat it yourself. I'm glad you can get a second helping. I received 10 servings of meat soba per day. The soba soup is topped with chili oil, the soba noodles are topped with pork belly, green onions, and shredded seaweed. The soba noodles are thickly sliced and have a firm texture rather than being slurped. The bowl is full and will fill you up. As expected, it's hard to feel the scent of soba because of the chili oil, but I'm going to eat soba with a lot of stamina this time of year, and this one was delicious!

Authentic soba restaurants have an image of being stoic with high prices and small portions, but this is different. With reasonable prices, this restaurant is perfect for people who want to eat as much delicious soba as they can.

At the end of May, I went to the iris garden in Johoku Park with my wife. This is a 100% buckwheat noodle shop near Johoku Park, and I've been wanting to go there for a long time. I don't know if the purpose was the iris, or if it was the 100% buckwheat noodles, but in my opinion it's clearly the latter. When I go out, I always try to find local restaurants and soba restaurants that are rooted in the area, rather than chain restaurants, and try to eat there. Our shop is located on the second floor of the apartment building, but it seems to be a difficult location to attract passers-by. However, the inside of the store is managed really neatly, and the atmosphere of the kitchen can be seen from the counter, so I am grateful that I can eat very comfortably. The price range is relatively cheap, but when you actually eat it, it offers quite a full-fledged tempura, and the volume is also a passing score. The only disappointing thing was that the chopped green onions were placed on the table in a case, and it was self-service. This will inevitably dry it out, and it seems that it is not good for hygiene. I don't think that the work in the kitchen will be so efficient when the green onions are self-made, so I don't say that I should provide freshly cut green onions, but I would like them to at least provide green onions in a fresh state. However, considering that you can eat full-fledged tempura zaru at the price of 1000 yen, it can be said that it is more than enough to pass. Personally, I have no likes or dislikes for food, but the only thing I'm not good at is garland chrysanthemum. The garland chrysanthemum was used as the topping for the tempura at this restaurant, but when it was fried in hot oil, the garland chrysanthemum's unique grassy smell was removed, and I was able to eat it really deliciously. I don't like to eat it, but it's limited to tempura. Delicious soba and delicious tempura. I was satisfied with the taste, which made me feel glad that I was born as a Japanese. thank you very much. I would like to ask you again.
