An old-fashioned soba restaurant. The soup is also delicious. You will be impressed by the cost performance of Inaka Soba!

At 13:30 on weekdays, I ordered Yamakake Udon (cold). The store's appearance is very dark, and you can't see inside, so it takes courage to enter. (I thought the door was hard and difficult to open.) But I was surprised to see so many people sitting inside. The udon noodles are smooth and chewy and go well with the cold soup and grated yam. The soup was just the right thickness, and it tasted just like the mountain udon that I like. When you finish eating the udon, add about half of the hot soba-yu (udon-yu?) that comes with it to the soup. It was very delicious. I'll come back later!

A shop I've been going to for 27 years. Here, after all, it is Koro Koro soba. Consistent deliciousness. I love it.
