More Comments at Google MapStumbled upon this place when craving oden one night. The different oden items were really delicious and beautiful - the egg was amazing and the broth was very flavourful. There isn’t an English menu and the translate app doesn’t work but we followed the chef’s recommendations - we also showed him pictures and requested the different things we wanted. It was the perfect late night oden meal! Chef was super kind and accommodating! Note that finding the restaurant is a bit difficult. It’s located on the second floor of a multi tenant building and they take cash only.
Delicious food, since there is no English menu we just followed the chefs recommendation (who is very nice). Only problem is the place was hard to find and that it was a bit more expensive than we thought it would be
[Situation] Date, entertainment It is a famous store hidden in Higashi Shinsaibashi. This is a popular restaurant that is difficult to book, so it was my first visit. I was worried about the word "the slowest oden restaurant in Japan" on the internet, but I think it's the best compliment because each dish is carefully finished and the quality is convincing. Starting with seasonally inspired dishes such as “Shirasu aemono” and “Firefly squid soup”, the oden is prepared one by one and served on a plate. Anyway, the dashi soup is delicious. Where is the oden I know? It was a dish of another dimension as much as I thought. The highlight of the day was the horsehair crab, which appeared in a beautiful form that resembled a chiffon cake. I have to book here again to reward myself! Thank you for the meal♪
