This is my first visit. I received the fluffy eel bowl. It was around noon, but it seemed to be a popular restaurant in the area, with customers coming in all the time. It was delicious.

Unajyu is a set of jellyfish, liver soup, and takuan. The eel skin is crispy and the meat is soft and fluffy. When I eat eel, I don't want to eat it for several days, but the eel here doesn't put a burden on my stomach, so I can eat it again. Umaki is a combination of eel and tamagoyaki. It was fluffy and delicious.

Of course, it is different from the eel you buy at the supermarket. The skin is crispy and the meat is chewy. I would like to splurge on it at least once a year.
