The shop is located near Hirano Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. It is a shop that I have been interested in since I passed in front of the shop. I visited for the first time today. The shop makes you feel the history. It is difficult to eat eel because of the price. At lunchtime, there is an eel bowl set. I got the eel bowl set today. The food was brought in a few minutes after ordering. The smell of eel sauce is appetizing. Liver soup and tofu in the set? is attached. I ate eel for the first time in a while, but it was still delicious! It's useless if you don't take nourishment once in a while.

The picture is the eel and one weight that I ate on 8/20. I ate the Umaki here on July 15th, and it was the best Umaki I've ever eaten. The fragrant eel is just right for the elegant dashimaki. The kabayaki is grilled over charcoal for about 30 minutes by the owner, so we recommend the umaki to those who come to the store as a binder. Well, one weight. As I wrote above, it takes nearly 30 minutes for Mr. Kanda to bring out the kabayaki after ordering. Customers also need to be prepared to eat real kabayaki. When you eat eel from Kanda, it is clear that eel from China is not edible. If you think the quantity is small or the price is high, we recommend Chinese eel from Matsuya and Sukiya.
