Ok damn the food is good!!! Ordered the Unadon and Umaki. Its a real experience. Lady at counter gave me tissue the moment I wipe my nose thinking I was using the wet wipes. She is so sweet!!

Over 100 year history, this man only knows how to cut and prepare unagi. Not all spots here use fresh unagi, some are even frozen. If your standards are high then the premium $3,500 yen dish should suit your fancy. They also have more budget friendly unagi bowls. Enjoy. Recommended.

Eel got no bones at all. Not even soft bone. Yummy.
